Tricia Brunton, CHFP is a finance and business executive with more than 25 years of experience across manufacturing, insurance, healthcare and public-sector environments.

Her early career in Fortune 500 aerospace and defense manufacturing established a foundation in cost analysis, operational performance, risk management and process improvement. She later carried those disciplines into complex and highly regulated healthcare organizations, leading financial strategy, planning and analysis, accounting operations, analytics, regulatory reporting and transformation.

Across every environment, one lesson remained consistent: organizations operating under similar industry conditions can still achieve dramatically different outcomes.

The difference is often found in how information moves, how decisions are made, how resources are allocated, how teams execute and how quickly leaders respond to change.

  • Partnered with pharmacy, provider network, medical management and operational leaders to identify and support initiatives generating more than $30 million in annual savings.
