Questions
Finiosity helps leaders understand when support may be needed, how engagements are structured, and what to expect from working together.
About Finiosity
Finiosity works with organizations of varying sizes, including specific divisions or subsidiaries within larger organizations. Fit depends less on overall size than on the nature and complexity of the need and whether Finiosity’s experience and services align with the organization’s priorities.
While Finiosity’s deepest experience is in healthcare, organizations facing similar Finance and performance challenges are encouraged to reach out.
Finiosity meets each client where they are. Much of the work can be conducted remotely, and on-site time is scheduled whenever a client prefers in-person engagement.
You can take the Finiosity Diagnostic, reach out with a specific question, or schedule a conversation directly. Whichever you choose, the next step is typically a short call to discuss your situation and determine where Finiosity can help.
Finance Transformation addresses Finance’s roles, structure, and capacity.
Finance Enablement addresses the technology, and data Finance relies on.
Performance Integration addresses how well financial and operational performance are connected and understood.
Strategic Partnership addresses Finance’s role in strategy, risk, and major decisions, including additional Finance leadership capacity when needed.
Each is a complete, standalone service, so you do not need to engage with all four to get value. That said, engagements may combine two or more services, based on the organization’s priorities and the urgency of the need.
Working with Finiosity
Scoping is collaborative. Some organizations already know their priorities and move directly into a scoping conversation. Others begin with the Finiosity Diagnostic to identify areas that may deserve closer evaluation. When leadership needs broader input or deeper evaluation, our Expanded Diagnostics may be incorporated into the engagement. Scope, responsibilities, timing, and expected deliverables are then defined together before work begins.
Timing depends on the need. An engagement may be a focused assessment, a defined project, or ongoing advisory or interim support for an agreed period.
Fees reflect the scope, duration, complexity, and level of support required. Pricing is established after the organization’s needs and expected outcomes are defined.
Client information is treated as strictly confidential. Finiosity will execute a mutual non-disclosure agreement, and a Business Associate Agreement where an engagement involves protected health information, before any sensitive data is shared. Data handling practices are aligned with each organization’s own regulatory and security requirements, including HIPAA where applicable, and information is used only to support the agreed scope of work.
Services and Support
The right starting point depends on the underlying need, not only the visible problem. An initial conversation or the Finiosity Diagnostic can help clarify whether the priority involves Finance structure, technology and information, organizational alignment, or senior financial support.
Some organizational challenges span more than one of these areas, and an engagement may combine elements of Finance Transformation, Finance Enablement, Performance Integration, and Strategic Partnership as needed.
Implementation support varies by engagement. Finiosity assesses which tools and technology solutions best fit an organization’s needs and, where helpful, works directly alongside the technology partner to support implementation, rather than limiting involvement to recommendations alone. Some execution may remain with internal teams or other specialized partners, depending on the scope of the engagement.
Finiosity offers both through Strategic Partnership. Advisory support works alongside existing leaders while they retain day-to-day authority and accountability. Interim leadership includes defined temporary responsibility for specific Finance functions, decisions, or outcomes, scoped in advance rather than open-ended.
Yes. Organizations without a dedicated CFO or Finance leadership team often benefit most from Finiosity’s Strategic Partnership service, which can include defined-scope interim leadership, providing senior financial leadership for an agreed period, rather than requiring an organization to make a permanent hire before that need is addressed.
Diagnostic
The Finiosity Diagnostic may be completed by executive leaders, Finance leaders, or non-Finance leaders who have visibility into how Finance supports the organization.
Yes. Separate responses can highlight differences in perspective. When leadership wants those perspectives evaluated together, Expanded Diagnostics may be incorporated into an engagement to provide a broader organizational view.
Results are intended to surface patterns and areas for closer evaluation. They are not a performance rating, formal audit, or automatic recommendation for a particular service.
Expanded Diagnostics may be appropriate when leadership needs a broader organizational view, input from multiple stakeholders, or deeper insight into how Finance capabilities, leadership roles, and priorities align with organizational needs. They are incorporated into a Finiosity engagement based on the purpose and scope of the work.
No. The Finiosity Diagnostic may be completed independently and does not create an obligation to engage Finiosity. Leaders may use the results for internal reflection or schedule a conversation if they would like to discuss the findings.
