Diagnostic
Finiosity helps leaders identify where Finance is aligned, where gaps may exist, and what deserves closer evaluation before deciding what to prioritize next.
A Clear Starting Point for Finance Leaders
The Finiosity Diagnostic gives leaders a structured view of how the finance function is aligned with the organization and where further evaluation may be most valuable.
It considers four connected areas reflected in Finiosity’s services, including Finance structure and ways of working, systems and information, organizational alignment, and Finance’s role in strategy and major decisions.
How the Diagnostic Works
The Finiosity Diagnostic is designed to surface patterns across Finance and the organization rather than assign a score or automatically prescribe a service.
Results provide a clearer starting point for discussing priorities, identifying areas that may require further evaluation, and determining what Finance and the organization may need next.

Finance Diagnostic Options
Finiosity Diagnostic
The Finiosity Diagnostic is available directly on this site and provides leaders with a focused view across the four areas addressed by Finiosity. It can be completed independently and does not create an obligation to engage Finiosity.

Expanded Diagnostics
Expanded Diagnostics may be incorporated into a Finiosity engagement when leadership needs a broader organizational view, input from multiple stakeholders, or deeper evaluation of how Finance supports the organization.
The approach may focus on the organization as a whole by gathering input from multiple leaders to identify areas of alignment, variation, strength, and opportunity.
It may also combine organizational and individual perspectives to better understand how Finance capabilities, leadership roles, and priorities align with what the organization needs.
The appropriate approach is determined by the purpose of the engagement, the perspectives required, and the questions leadership is trying to answer.
What Happens After
Diagnostic results identify patterns and potential areas for further evaluation. They do not automatically prescribe a service or predetermined solution.
Leaders may use the Finiosity Diagnostic as an independent starting point or schedule a conversation to discuss the findings and determine whether additional evaluation or support would be useful.
